- Climate Justice Revival – The Climate Revival was held at 1U on February 1, 2025. It was just one step of many on the journey to climate justice. Our UUA President, Dr. Rev. Sofia Betancourt, is calling on UU congregations around the county to work in their communities to reduce barriers to climate justice and to do this work thru collaboration, including with vulnerable communities. At 1U, we are creating a Climate Justice Task Force to help us with the next steps after the Revival.
- Green Sanctuary – The UUA offers a certification program for congregations ready to work alongside vulnerable communities in their local area. We aspire to do this work in the future. For more information, click here.
- The Right to Clean and Healthy Water Constitution Amendment petition has started a NEW campaign for inclusion on the 2026 ballot. If you signed previously, that petition drive has expired. Please sign this new petition at the Justice Council table in Gore Hall after service.
