The Operations Team was formed in 2022 to:

1. Provide guidance and support to the groups within the Operations Ministry [Buildings and Grounds Team, Arts and Design Team, Building Rental Team, and the Safety Team]
2. Address major operational problems beyond the scope of any of the groups in the Operations ministry.
3. Recommend policies and procedures related to our facilities, grounds, safety and security,  building leasing and use, and the other operations areas as appropriate.
4. Ensure 1U Group Charters and Annual Reports are maintained,

Team members include the Minister as Chief of Staff, the Director of Lifespan Religious Enrichment, and leads of the Buildings and Grounds Team, the Building Rental Team, and the Safety Team.
