The Operations Team was formed in 2022 to:

1. Provide guidance and support to the groups within the Operations Ministry [Buildings and Grounds Team, Arts and Design Team, Building Leasing Team, Safety Team, Communications Team and the Website Team.]
2. Monitor the status of COVID in the Orlando metro area, and make recommendations to the Board about any changes in current 1U COVID policy.
3. Address major operational problems beyond the scope of any of the groups in the Operations ministry.
4. Recommend policies and procedures related to our facilities, safety and security, communications and the other operations areas as appropriate.

Team members include the Minister as Chief of Staff, the Director of Lifespan Religious Enrichment,  the President of the Board of Trustees or their designee, and leads of the Buildings and Grounds Team, the Safety Team, the Welcome Team, and the Communications and Website Teams. The Welcome Team has an important role in implementing our safety and security protocols.
