In late 2022, the Stewardship Committee was formed as a standing committee accountable to the Board. The committee has three major goals:

1. Plan and manage the annual Generosity Campaign, and recruit members to support various aspects of the campaign.
2. Develop a fundraising plan each year, and coordinate the development of specific projects as needed.
3. Support development of a team to market our facilities for events [such as weddings and multi-day workshops] and long-term tenants.

In addition, the Stewardship Committee will have oversight in the planning of future capital campaigns, special funding requests, and general grant writing.

The Stewardship Committee is concerned about 

1. Adequate volunteer staffing levels for fundraising activities when they are active. 
2. The existence of sufficient and clear responsibilities and procedures for each activity.
3. Reasonable fundraising objectives, and 
4. How well the objectives are achieved, and what lessons might be learned.
