Our congregation is committed to being welcoming and inclusive.  We know that using name tags that include our pronouns are one tangible way to live our commitments. Name tags can be ordered through the form below, which have a design that allows for first names to be more prominent, as well as space for your pronouns.

Name Tag Form

Mark your intentions, and then actually pay as you’ve noted on the form.  Your plastic name tag will be ordered after payment has been received, and we have several to send to the printer.  Paper tags are produced more quickly.  Thanks for your patience.

You will be notified once your name tag is available for pick up in the sanctuary foyer.

Pay in Cash

If you’d like to pay in cash, please drop it off at the front office during business hours.  The church office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 1:00pm.

Payments by cash or check can be placed in the Sunday offering. Use envelopes located in the pews and include your name and ‘name tag‘ in the memo line.
