All are invited to join our Tai Chi practice, whether you’re a 1U member or not. This is a beginner class, where we work on simple forms and also do plenty of qi gong (energy work).

We meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:00am in Gore Hall or on the Labyrinth.
