Most of the ministry of the congregation is accomplished through program teams (sometimes called committees). Each team belongs to one of 6 program networks. Each network has a facilitator who represents it on the Program Coordinating Team (PCT) You can see a picture of the networks here. You are invited to get involved in the areas of congregational life that interest you! Most programs are open to friends of the congregation as well as members. (Those that require membership will state this clearly.) Communication and collaborations is accomplished through the Program Coordinating Team. Teams update with facilitators. Facilitators share information at PCT meetings, with facilitators taking relevant news back to their teams. The chief-of-state reports monthly to the Board of Trustees on the programs of the congregation. New teams are always being created as a need arises and the energy and a leader emerge. If you are interested in starting a new team, speak to the facilitator of the network in which it might belong.
