- Leadership Development Committee helps find leaders
- Chair is a Church member
- Updates Annual Charter explaining what they do in general/plan to do specifically this year to the BOT/Council/Others
- Writes Annual Report for last Congregational Meeting to tell the Congregation, BOT & Council how they did
