Day of Meditation and Yoga - Aug 28

On Saturday, August 28, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., there will be a day of group meditation and yoga in Gore Hall.

It will feature sitting and walking meditation, yoga, and some discussion. This is a great opportunity to experience sustained meditation practice and to enjoy quiet time with like-minded others. A vegetarian lunch will be provided. The program is offered on a donation basis. This program is open those who have participated in one of our other Saturday meditation/yoga events, who have attended a meditation retreat elsewhere, or who have been attending a meditation group regularly for at least three months.
