The Alliance - July 2010

Thank you for your membership renewal; if you forgot, you can pay your $10.00 dues anytime.

In the past two months, the Alliance has given $1,693 to Central Florida Women's Emergency Fund, $500 to Planned Parenthood, and $600 to the Boys and Girls Clubs.

The Alliance meets Tuesdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm in Gore Hall (except as noted below). Among other activities, we prepare donated items for sale in our Continuing Bazaar. Bring along a bag lunch; iced tea is provided.

July's Programs

July 6          Board meeting; also, work on Continuing Bazaar

July 13        Lunch out at Sweet Tomatoes on East Colonial Drive at 11:30am; also, work on the Continuing Bazaar

July 20        Alliance member, Ruth Russell, and Don Carrico will speak about the organization, Give Kids the World; also, work on the Continuing Bazaar

July 27        Alliance member, Jane Austen, will present her biography; also, work on the Continuing Bazaar
