Committee on Ministry/Transition Team

The Committee on Ministry (CoM) is also the Transition Team (XT). As part of our transition to a newly settled minister, we will be honoring our history as First Unitarian Church of Orlando. The XT will be devising unique ways in which each of us can tell our story and have fun along the way.

The CoM is dedicated to the well being of our congregation. Its role is that of assessment and recommendation on all items affecting the health of the church in the fulfillment of its missions through its ministries. While the Board of Trustees is charged with operation and governance and the Council with program development, it is the role of the CoM to focus on the health of the whole. The only authority is the respect afforded to the committee members in this role.
