Coffee Hour in July!

The Green Team serves our Beloved Community by "coffee coordinating" for the ongoing Sunday party we know as "Coffee Hour!"

Some important updates to the July 2008 schedule are:
  • July 6: Adult RE committee ties on the apron strings!  Donations benefit the Coffee Hour fund.
  • July 13: "30 and Friends" serve up the yummies! Donations benefit the Coffee Hour fund.
  • July 20: Green Team is whipping up a congregational membership to UU Ministry of Earth for First Unitarian as the first baby step toward Green Sanctuary certification! We're bringing back the good, green dream! Donations welcome!
  • July 27: "By the People, For the People." The Beloved Community is invited to bring in their culinary creations for some UU Food joy! Green Team donates the volunteer energy to serve and clean up. Donations benefit the Coffee Hour fund.

Other "guests" at the ongoing party include the Alliance Continuing Bazaar and the Equal Exchange coffee every Sunday, and the Nora Staton book store on 2nd and 4th  Sundays. Be sure to check out the "coffee hour strip mall" set of tables to shop your upcoming social and volunteer opportunities.
