Opportunities Church Governance: Our church is based on a democratic model, with an elected Board of Trustees working with professional staff. A committee structure helps organize and communicate the work of the church, and allow members volunteer opportunities within the church and the community. The Leadership Development Committee has responsibility for matching member interests and skills with opportunities to serve and learn new skills.
