Children’s Religious Education (CRE)

First Unitarian’s Religious Education Program for Children and Youth is an exciting learning experience that aspires to change the world of tomorrow by the way we teach our children and youth today about spirituality, religion, responsibility, community, and the precious home we share with all living things.

2008-2009: A Welcome Message from the LRE

Our Program of CRE Classes follows the following four year cycle:

  • Year Two: UU History, part One and Our Whole Lives (OWL)

  • Year Three: World Religions

  • Year Four: UU History, part Two and Our Whole Lives (OWL)

The Children’s RE committee is already underway for the new school year!  2008-2009 is the “Judeo-Christian” rotation year of study.  We are expecting lots of kids! All we need now are the grown-ups!
